The Globe Theatre Show Archive

For decades, the Globe has kept a record of its productions — the plays, the people on stage and behind the scenes, and the photographs that captured them. That archive spans more than 400 productions reaching back to the 1950s, but for some time now it has been offline and out of reach.

We're bringing it back. The archive below is the first step: a browsable record of our history that you can search by show, by year, or by the people who made each production happen.

It's very much a work in progress. We're still adding our more recent seasons, and the collection will keep growing but we wanted to open the doors now rather than wait.

If you happen to have photographs or any additional information about these productions, we'd love to hear from you. We'll do our best to update the entries, and every contribution helps build something that becomes a hugely valuable resource for the whole community. We'd be very grateful for your help.
