The Friends of the Globe Theatre Inc. is a registered charity with a proud purpose:
To foster dramatic, musical and theatrical arts both within the society and in the wider community.
We also serve as guardians of 104 London Street, a Category 1 Historic Building, protecting its architectural and cultural significance to Ōtepoti Dunedin.
Through collaboration with individuals and organisations that share these values, we work to ensure that the Globe remains a creative, inclusive, and sustainable space for generations to come.

As a member of the Friends of the Globe Theatre Society, you’ll:
Receive our digital newsletter and early event updates
Be eligible to act, direct, design, or contribute creatively on Globe productions
Have voting rights in Society decisions made at the AGM and Special General Meetings whey they occur.
Stay connected to a passionate and involved community of theatre-makers and supporters.
Whether you’re hands-on in a production or cheering us on from the audience, we’d love to have you with us.
